DNA IT Services is made up of a team with a combined 35+ years working in the IT sector within various companies and industries.

Our Philosophy
We work according to 3 main values:
- High Quality – We strive for high standards in everything we do. When we do anything for our customers, we make sure its done to a standard that we ourselves would accept, if the roles were reversed.
- Effective – Technology shouldn’t exist for its own sake. We put our time and effort into activities that deliver something tangible for our customers. Whether that be better security, more efficiency, improved employee and customer satisfaction or reduced cost and risk.
- Easy to Access – We aim to be easy to deal with. That means putting no barriers between our customers and our talented engineering team, making our invoices easy to understand, and using simple straightforward language when discussing things.
Over the years we’ve been working in IT, we’ve listened to customers feedback. For many, IT is seen as a necessary evil – a cost that must be borne to do business. This means that often opportunities to use technology to make improvements are missed.
We believe that traditionally, both IT service providers and internal corporate departments have exacerbated this problem by making themselves difficult to deal with. Complicated phone menu systems and the requirement to type up your entire life’s story into a ticket system make it feel like there are unnecessary barriers between business and IT.
A lack of understanding between those with IT knowledge, and those without, means IT projects are not fully understood and therefore often not delivered in time and within budget. Furthermore, staff who use systems that are affected by changes are not effectively engaged with leading to frustration with the end result.
DNA IT Services aims to change things for the better. As we thought about how to do that we came up with the values listed above. We hope that by living these values we can provide the best possible service to our customers.
